I specialize in providing individual therapy, exclusively online via Zoom. Most of my clients choose to meet either weekly or biweekly.

My approach to therapy is characterized by a genuine curiosity about human nature, paired with a steadfast commitment to guiding my clients toward a deeper understanding of themselves. Central to my therapeutic style are evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and the practice of mindfulness meditation.

Cost and Insurance

INSURANCE PLANS ACCEPTED: AETNA, UNITED, OPTUM

SELF-PAY RATE: $200 PER SESSION

I am in-network with several insurance providers. Here's what you need to know:

  • I accept insurance from Aetna, United, Optum, and most plans that fall under their networks.

  • Before we begin our sessions, I'll verify your insurance benefits and provide you with information about your coverage and expected out-of-pocket costs.

  • You'll know your financial responsibilities before we start therapy.

  • If you have any questions about using your insurance, please ask.

If you have another insurance provider:

  • My rate is $200 per 50-minute individual session.

  • Many PPO, POS, and HDHP insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that can help you get reimbursed for therapy.

  • To use these benefits, you can first check your deductible, which is the amount you need to pay out of pocket for health services before your insurance benefits begin.

  • Once the deductible is met, you may be reimbursed anywhere from 40-80% for my services, depending on your plan's benefits.
